This role is responsible for providing high quality administrative services and secretarial support to the licensing and registration boards and comes with around 10% travel throughout New Zealand.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the complaints process by manage the end-to-end process
  • Manage relationships with all parties and complaints and appeals
  • Manage meetings and any relevant subcommittee meeting
  • Draft agenda’s, load papers, arrange meetings, record minutes
  • Receive, file and draft correspondence
  • Support the creation of the annual report
  • Other board related duties

 

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good relationship management skills particularly in dealing with bard members who operate at a very senior level
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • High level oral and written communication
  • Knowledge of how statutory boards operate
  • Must have the legal right to work and live in New Zealand
