We are currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager, with a well-known New Zealand owned organisation. Play a critical role in the management of a team of 50+ Sales and Customer Service staff. This role will give you the freedom to self-run your branch and add value with your own personality and business processes.
You Will Also Be:
- Managing a team of 50+ Customer Service, Administrative and Sales staff, conducting performance reviews and day-to-day management tasks
- Assisting with identifying and developing new business opportunities, assisting with sales and customer escalations
- Use your building, construction or trades knowledge to add value to existing and new business processes
- Participate in some sales deals, customer interaction and closing of new business contracts
- Use your understanding of profit and loss statements, to assist with budgeting and forecasting and other high-level sales administration
What You Will Bring:
- Experience managing large, or small teams across the trades, sales, or customer service space - with a love of improving culture and business processes
- Strong Operational Management experience
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, PnLs, as well as the ability to learn new processes on the fly
- Experience with sales, dealing with customers or a background in team management
- Team-player, with a strong ability to deliver and manage long standing staff
