Brand & Business Support Analyst

A great opportunity has become available with a very loyal client of ours based in the Auckland CBD. Fantastic location, carpark and health insurance is on offer.

 

The role will see you working within a fun and fast paced marketing and sales team to extract data from their internal and external data platforms, maintain SKUS, daily stock held, run reports, forecasts, identify anomalies and to provide support to the FMCG business. Daily, you will be dealing with the Field sales team, KAM’s and the National Sales Manager.

 

To be considered you will need:

  • The business has transitioned to Oracle NetSuite. If you are a whizz or even understand this platform it will be essential. This role will take ownership of the system and provide training and assistance.
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing and sales data support role and ideally from an FMCG business with 3+ years’ experience would be required. Most of the reports are established on templates so it is about owning the weekly and monthly information for the team.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills is required. Your ability to conduct ‘V’ lookups & experience working across multiple data sources and IT platforms is essential.
  • Your ability to work at pace, have strong attention to detail & a great customer service orientated approach for aiding & giving advice is essential in this role.
  • A solid work ethic – including high levels of reliability, a positive attitude, great communication and team working skills will be essential to your success.
