New roles available in a start-up team! We are looking for telco fibre and broadband experts who can guide new customers with installation, set-up and troubleshooting queries.
The right candidate must have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Broadband & Fibre Support

Troubleshooting and technical support experience
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Proven experience within a phone based / contact centre role
-
Extremely technically savvy & used to working across multiple platforms
-
Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster between 8 AM to 10 PM
-
NZ Perm Residency/ NZ Citizenship or as close as possible to 3 years on open work visa.
Duties of the role:

Answering Broadband / Level 1 Technical Queries over phone and Email
-
Providing troubleshooting support in a timely manner
-
Offering excellent first line customer service
-
Liaising with Internal & External team members to provide the best solution
