Unlike many other Business Analyst roles where you work within part of the process, here you'll be working right through from initial engagement and gathering through to UAT and support. So, if you like owning the process and seeing things through from start to finish, this is for you!
You'll be fully engaged and given the autonomy to put your stamp on the process, no micro-management here; only support from senior level peers. You'll be involved in scoping and business user requirements to developing functional requirements, providing documentation, developing technical specifications, testing, implementation and support. The whole 9 yards.
There's also a very flexible approach here too, so if you like having the option of working from home here and there - consider it done! The only thing we ask is that you're able to manage your own time and workload. This is one organisation that hasn't yet adopted Agile so if you're more of a traditional Business Analyst, that's just fine.
As an intermediate level BA, these are what we'd be looking for in your CV:
- Background of working as a Business Analyst
- Technical experience of having worked on infrastructure / application projects
- Juggling multiple projects and priorities / multiple requirements analysis techniques
One key requirement is that your communication, especially written documentation is exceptionally high.
This role will move quickly; we'll be progressing the right candidates as soon as possible, the hiring manager is also motivated to move fast. If you like the details above, and they match your experience then Apply as soon as possible (word format CV's appreciated). If you'd like further details please contact Chris Kent on email@example.com
Job Ref: 101191
For this role, it's essential you have a valid NZ work visa already in place.
