Beyond Recruitment are currently working to fill this Business Analyst role at this crucial Government organisation in Wellington.

This is relatively small and unique and organisation, so the ideal candidate will be highly adaptable with experience from a range of different environments.

You will be part of a small team currently made up of a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Change Manager reporting to the Capability Delivery Manager. The scope and size of this team will very likely grow.

This is a wide-ranging role but some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing detailed business cases (Better Business Case experience desirable)
  • Requirements gathering & process documentation
  • Capability planning & benefits realisation plans
  • Cost benefits analysis for various initiatives
  • Much more

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally, experience with NZ Gov. Better Business Case process
  • Be able to travel domestically as required
  • A highly adaptable, collaborate, flexible approach
