We are seeking a Business Analyst who will be working on two initiatives, to take on board large amounts of information to identify themes and draw conclusions.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Previous analysis and/or IT project experience.
Experience within the contact centre environment.
Strong analytical capability.
Experience documenting current and future state processes.
Experience creating business process documentation.
