About the Role:
The Business Analyst role ensure that systems and solutions that are developed or proposed meet the business requirements of the client.
This role will identify, help design and facilitate high quality information services to integrate Client's systems that fully satisfy our customer needs. Facilitation and co-ordination of activities between different vendors and business units to ensure that all requirements are captured and available on time. Perform business process mapping to assist with the analysis of business requirements and the design of new systems and processes.
As part of the Team
- collaborating with users to support and identify requirements for their business unit
- inputting into business case development
- identifying any process and system improvement opportunities
- ensuring effective quality assurance is in place.
We'd love it if you have experience in...
- Degree level qualification in Information Technology is preferable but not mandatory.
- Experience in working with a range of corporate technologies.
- 3+ years' experience delivering business requirements analysis based on organisational needs
- Demonstrated experience of embedding a continuous improvement culture in business processes.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solution focused, understands the need for key relationships, acts with honesty, transparency and empathy for people and communities.
- Innovative mind set, is an improvement focused team player that shows initiative and inspires commitment to achieve Council outcomes.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills, can confidently analyse and apply key information with good judgement and takes accountability.
