Enterprise Transformation Programme

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme focused on simplifying, improving and enhancing core business processes across the organisation.
This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile initiative where you will play a key role in understanding current-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business needs into clear requirements that support successful solution delivery.
The Role
Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and subject matter experts, you will:
Analyse and document current and future-state business processes
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and user experience
Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements across multiple business areas
Support solution design and ensure requirements align with business outcomes
Work across a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Contribute to business change and transformation initiatives driven by process improvement and technology enablement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working within large, complex organisations
Strong Microsoft Dynamics (MS Dynamics) experience, ideally across enterprise implementations or enhancements
Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, mapping and process improvement
Strong requirements gathering, documentation and analysis skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities
Experience working on organisation-wide programmes, transformations or enterprise initiatives
Outstanding communication and documentation skills
The confidence and credibility to work independently with senior business stakeholders and executives
