This role would be an active discovery about moving away from swipe cards towards a mobile app and weighing up the pros and cons of each part of the organization’s community.

•    Delivering 1:1 sessions, medium and large-scale workshops
•    Mapping current and future process maps
•    Cost-benefit analysis
•    User experience
•    Recommendation and report writing
