About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support key initiatives within the Corporate Products Directorate, focusing on Data & Analytics and Productivity & Collaboration. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse data from multiple source systems to support data warehouse and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with BI developers to ensure dashboards and insights meet user needs.
- Proven experience applying BA frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at all levels.
- Skilled in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts, SQL, and experience with Db2 or Oracle.
- SAP Data Services and BusinessObjects experience is advantageous.
