We are seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts to work across a range of stabilisation and improvement projects, and making an impact to the future of the Corporate Operations group for our client.
These roles will each be working across a different set of projects with an initial focus on the Service Desk project, or the Data, Reporting and Insights project with close working relationship with Finance and People Operations (HR) business groups and project teams within Corporate Operations
These roles will require working directly with stakeholders, customers, manager and SMEs to scope, design, and build effective service-enhancing solutions.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A strong, practical, and pragmatic approach to solving future-focused problems
- Sound experience in a business analysis, project-based, or consultant role
- Ability to collaborate, influence and engage with our internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Experience in process mapping and / or service mapping roles
- Sound understanding of data, reporting and analytics; or service desk delivery; or service design
- Experience enhancing customer experience through operational change
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
- A highly collaborative style of working with facilitation and influencing skills and the application of a high level of EQ
- Knowledge of Finance and HR relate service-focused delivery functions and SAP will be advantageous
