Our client is looking for a Senior Business Architect to work on a major transformation programme.
You will be working on a business transformation programme to develop the blueprint / model and framework for delivering changes.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in:
- Organisational design from a whole systems approach, organisational development and workforce planning.
You will be working with transition leads, GM's and the Change Manager to examine future state organisational needs in the areas of workforce capability and capacity, decision making, structure etc. and develop a fit for purpose model.
