The purpose of the Business Change Manager is to support the organisation in its ability to adopt, manage and embrace change related to the multi year Technology Transformation Programme. 

The role is specifically responsible for leading the planning and delivery business change initiatives across the business as a result of the Transformation Programme.  Change initiatives that result in the realisation of business value and sustainable outcomes aligned to the broader organisation strategy.

The Business Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

The role will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

About You:
  • Experience working with Senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success leading and driving major change
  • Ability to act independently within agreed frameworks
  • Ability to manage expectations of different stakeholders and how to manage tight deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks

 

Experience:

  • A strong track record of change experience with at least 5 years demonstrable experience in managing highly complex change initiatives with a proven ability to successfully transition people and the business from a 'program' mode to BAU
  • Experienced in organisation wide programmes of change
