- Reviewing current and proposed projects to ensure effort, timing, priority and investment align with organisational objectives.

- Supporting the effective use of enterprise platforms including CRM, case/customer/service management systems, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and related digital tools.
- Facilitating cross-team and cross-agency collaboration to share capability, lessons learned and best practice.
- Promoting practical and responsible use of AI, ensuring appropriate governance, risk management and business value.
- Working with stakeholders to balance operational needs, funding constraints and technology opportunities.
- Building capability across the organisation so teams can identify and implement improvements themselves.
- Monitoring benefits and outcomes to ensure changes deliver measurable value.

You'll be comfortable moving between strategic conversations and hands-on delivery, with the credibility to influence leaders while also working alongside teams to make change happen. You'll likely bring:
- Significant experience in business improvement, business analysis, transformation, operational excellence or digital enablement roles.
- Strong process design, process mapping and workflow improvement experience.
- Experience working with enterprise technologies such as CRM platforms, customer/service management systems, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and automation tools.
- Understanding of digital delivery, technology projects and organisational change.
- Practical experience identifying opportunities for automation and AI adoption.

- The ability to influence and challenge constructively at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong judgement and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for helping organisations work smarter, not harder.
