We have recently engaged with a large public sector agency to assist them in the recruitment of a Business Process Analyst on a 12 month fixed term basis. You will be part of their Service Group supporting change initiatives from a process mapping and design perspective.

In this role, some of the key things which you will be involved in will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of process management approach and tool (Promapp) across the business group. This includes deployment planning, stakeholder management, training support, initial tool set-up, and initial process documentation.
  • Supporting the identification and documentation of new Robotic Process Automation use cases, including understanding and mapping current processes, identifying tasks that can be automated, mapping and documenting automated processes, Capturing automation requirements, and estimating automation benefits.
  • Supporting customer journeys from a process design perspective, including understanding and mapping of current state processes, stakeholder engagement to design future state processes, and documenting future processes.
  • Providing change management support to implement process changes and support a national standardised way of working.

Some of the key skills and experience required to be considered for this role will include:

  • Proven experience in process improvement, process mapping and documentation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Change management experience including training
  • Experience in process design across a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in Promapp, ideally Promapp implementation
