Business Support Coordinator – National Library

• Mix of administration and coordination where no two days are the same

• Flexible working hours and arrangements

• Permanent role – salary up to $63,000 per annum depending on experience

• CBD Location –in a highly sought-after government organisation

Key Responsibilities include:

• To provide expert business support services for Leaders across Directorate teams

• Assist with the design and implementation of administration policies and procedures

• Proactively managing and coordinating Director’s diaries and scheduling of meetings

• Overseeing logistical requirements – room bookings, workshops, travel

• Dealing and managing incoming correspondence

• Drafting agendas, action point minutes, and preparing any necessary documentation
