We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to hit the ground running managing documentation and processes relating to organisational change.
You will work closely with the Change Manager, another Change Analyst and a team of Training Specialists.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Identify and document what will change as a result of the initiatives being implemented, and the impacts on the people, business processes and customers.
- Create change impact assessments and readiness plans using change management industry best practices.
- Do hands on analysis – taking on board a large amount of information to identify themes, draw conclusions and be able to communicate your findings and suggestions.
- Monitor risks and issues and escalate as required.
- Work closely with communications, marketing, internal and external content teams, training, account managers and the business.
- Previous experience working on sizable technology projects would be advantageous.
