We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to work closely with the project team members, the change team, and the Subject Matter Experts to assess change impacts.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous Change Analyst experience in Government Agencies
- Significant experience with identifying gaps, overlaps, and interdependencies
- Support impact assessments and development of readiness plans
- Strong experience with Continuous Improvement
- An eye for detail and ability to monitor and manage risk and issues.
- Monitor and report on stakeholder and vendor engagement.
- Familiar with change management methodologies
