Job Description
We are looking for a Change Analyst to join a large-scale transformation programme and play a key role in delivering meaningful organisational change across systems, processes, and ways of working.
This is a fixed-term opportunity through to June 2027, offering strong stability and the chance to contribute to a complex, high-impact programme environment.
About the role
As a Change Analyst, you’ll support the successful delivery of a major transformation programme, helping stakeholders understand, adopt, and embed new ways of working.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting delivery of organisational change across programme initiatives
- Conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Developing communications, engagement materials, and training content
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities
- Assisting with workshops, go-live support, and adoption planning
- Working closely with programme teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders
- Contributing to measuring change effectiveness and outcomes
What you’ll bring
- Experience in change management within transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical outputs
- Experience delivering change activities end-to-end
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capability
- Exposure to structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci) is beneficial
