Opportunity for a Change & Engagement Specialist to support the Change Management Team with a focus on ensuring that PROSCI methodology and tools are successfully embedded across the organisations.
The role will be key in ensuring change management and engagement on business initiativesenable people deliverables.
You will partner with the business on strategies, methodologies and tolls to maximise desired objectives whilst taking the most efficient pathways.
Key Requirements:
- Change management certification- PROSCI
- Project Management qualification or experience in a Prince2 environment
- Change management at both project and programme management level
- PROSCI methodology using ADKAR tool
