Our client is in Wellington, and are seeking applications from Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch for this role - please note the majority of work is in Wellington, will suit those wanting to relocate or who can live there during the week.
We are seeking applications from an experienced HR Business Partner with change management experience and exposure.
You will manage the successful delivery of Organisational Change Delivery projects and will work closely with the wider Talent team and the Change and Transition teams. You will work alongside other Project Leads and will be the Change SME.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in:
- Experienced HR Business Partner with significant change experience
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- High level strategic thinking
