We are looking for a Change Communications Contractor for 0.5FTE hourly rated contract until May 2022. You will be supporting a government organisation as they work through their website refresh project.
You will be supporting the internal/external change communication activities required for the launch of the new website, and the change communication activities for operational changes needed across people, process and culture for ongoing support of the new website.
In this role you will:
- Develop a communications plan to support the launch and transition to BAU of the refreshed website.
Draft communications for internal and external audiences to support website change activities. Draft and implement change communications material across internal and external channels. Work closely with the Communications team department in developing and distributing internal and external communications. Work closely with the Transformation team to ensure website change narrative aligns with broader transformation narrative. Identify risks, problems, issues and options and make relevant recommendations that result in robust advice on communication issues (internal and external)
