Opportunity for 12 month hourly rate contract.

This role sits in IT and we are looking for an experienced technical Change Communications Manager to assisting to develop and deliver a Business Change Communications Plan and assist with enabling and embedding these changes to internal customers and users.

The key focus areas of change communication for this role are as follows;

SEG – Secure Email Gateway
Enhancing security across all inbound and outbound email, including SPAM, Phishing, Malware, URL and attachment detection etc. The rollout of this will be large and will be integrated with Outlook, affecting how the userbase currently reports suspicious emails.

MFA – Multifactor Authentication
Provide s another tier of authentication for online applications. Includes rollout of an authenticator app for work and/or personal devices that are used for work purposes or to access work content.

We are looking for someone that has the extra special skill and capability of being able to translate highly complex and technical content into straightforward information for our customers and users across the organisation.

If you have previous experience working on similar projects, across a large Enterprise organistion with scale then this is an ideal contract for you!
