We are seeking a Change Manager to work across a large ICT transformation programme and provide expertise in Change Management.
As a Change Manager you will create the change management strategy, coordinate and assist with the delivery and execution of the deliverables of the change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Solid knowledge of change management frameworks and techniques, with the ability to adapt and apply them as the situation requires
- Extensive communications and training, coaching experience, demonstrated ability to develop clear communications, captivating presentations and engaging training content
- Excellent at working with people, have the perfect balance of empathy, resilience and drive to deliver
- Be comfortable presenting to and working with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to adapt your style to suit the audience
- Experience working in a cross functional team and doing what it takes to achieve outcomes whether that be the delivery of new capability or supporting existing functions
