Our client are looking for a Change Manager for an initial contract until June 2019.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following;
- Change management methodologies in a complex and agile programme environment
- Development of organisational change management plans
- The ability to work across a range of stakeholders, with proven ability to develop effective stakeholder management strategies
- Working with change leaders to proactively encourage, support and reinforce new ways of working and cultural change to realise benefits.
- Assessing people readiness as part of overall business readiness
