Opportunity for a 6 month contract (hourly rate or fixed term), for an experienced Change Manager/Consultant with facilities/property /office move experience to join a large organisation in the Auckland CBD.
The project will be in two phases:
- Office move
- Co-design of workspaces
- Office move communications
- Stakeholder engagement
- Embedding change
- Co-design of workspaces- physical/virtual
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager or Consultant to work woth the Project Lead to manage a high level of communications and stakeholder engagement.
Opportunity to get into detail, be an influencer, informing, working with key members of the project team (ie IT, Project Lead, Facilities, HR team).You will be leading most of the communications and will will need to have great engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
There will be disruption and tight timeframes (with pre Xmas deadlines) so you will need to be pace oriented, comfortable working in tag team with the Project Lead and internal communications function.
You will be involved in co design with staff/architects/designers re workspaces, further embedding flex/hybrid and future of work strategy, to shape, understand the current and future state around flexible working.Working with teams in business, key designers and architects around how to enable best practise in physical workspaces and accommodate for agile working.
