Our client is seeking an experienced HR Change Manager who will partner with the business and manage end to end change.
You will be consulting, advising and making decisions on all things "change" across the business. This role is end to end so you will be working at a strategic level and also drilling down into the finer details around planning, projects and implementation.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in:
- Change Management within HR
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- High level strategic thinking and ability to implement and deliver
