We are seeking a talented Change Manager to work across one of the largest and most high-profile programmes in a Government Agency.
What you'll need to succeed:

Ability to develop, own and manage the overall change plan, stakeholder management, engagement and communications plans across the project

Knowledge and practical experience of delivering within an Agile framework

Previous experience with digital transformation programmes will be desirable
-
Identifying the audiences and undertaking change impact assessments, drawing conclusions from the analysis and identifying the change interventions required, especially around process and role types
-
Develop and lead change readiness assessment
-
Develop the change and transition plans and activities that need to take place
-
Measuring change effectiveness and identifying learnings across the work stream
