 We are urgently seeking an experienced Change Manager for a contract through to the end of June 2021 for a large government agency. This role will work on hybrid Cloud infrastructure upgrade programmes, ensuring that stakeholder engagement and communcations are streamlined and the organisation is capable of delivering these changes successfully.

To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable Organisational and IT Transformation experience, ideally within government
  • Strong Change Management skills including impact and readiness assessments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, communication and report preparation
  • Planning and delivering training, workshops and measuring uptake
  • Ideally PROSCI qualified
