An outstanding opportunity for an experienced People Change Manager to partner closely with the business to lead & manage the people change plan and get the chance to work with an exceptional team, delivering innovative, safe and sustainable solutions nationwide.
We need a motivated person who is big on teamwork and is a 'doer', who will drive change to ensure that the new technoloy processes are adopted and embraced by stakeholders and end users across the organisation into new ways of working.
The role requires experience managing people change and leading people through ERP, impact analysis and impact management.

We are looking for strategic agility with 8+ years of experience in similar roles within a large complex organisation. You will have proven ability to lead a diverse range of people, a pro-active approach and motivation to step up and do what is required, and be a motivator of others with open, honest and transparent communication.
The approach required is people, behavioural and communications focussed to drive change adoption and mindset change.
