We’re seeking Change Managers who are comfortable working in complex public sector environments and who bring a practical, delivery‑focused approach. This role suits individuals who thrive in ambiguity, can manage competing priorities, and are confident driving adoption through structured change discipline.
You will contribute significantly to ensuring people, processes and capabilities are ready to support new ways of working, while helping stakeholders navigate and embed change successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end‑to‑end change management across a complex transformation programme
- Conduct change impact and change readiness assessments across business units
- Lead stakeholder engagement and targeted communication activities
- Identify, assess and manage change impacts across multiple workstreams
- Design and deliver training programmes and capability uplift initiatives
- Support detailed change planning and execution aligned with programme timelines
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager within complex change environments
- Strong background working within the public sector
- Change impact assessments
- Change readiness assessments
- Stakeholder engagement and communications
- Change execution across multiple business units
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes (highly desirable and core to the role)
- Ability to operate effectively in detail‑driven, high‑complexity environments
Desirable Experience:
- Exposure to, or experience working on, SAP implementations or transformation programmes
- Experience supporting large‑scale, enterprise‑wide change initiatives
