Due to the recent flooding in Auckland, we are currently seeking multiple highly motivated and experienced Claims Handlers to join one of the largest Claim Services Provider worldwide! The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and assessing claims in a timely and efficient manner.

•    $30 - $31 per hour
•    Auckland CBD location
•    Start ASAP 
•    Temporary role for 3 months with possibility to extend longer
•    Assist people currently affected by the flooding! Full training provided!


What you will be doing:
•    Actively managing a portfolio of claims, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy
•    Communicating with claimants and clients to provide updates on their claims
•    Review reports completed by Assessors in order to determine next actions
•    Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth claims process
•    Provide administrative support to the assessing and case management teams
•    Maintaining accurate records and documentation

About you:
•    Experience within office-based customer service / administration
•    Claims experience is a bonus!
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
•    Have full working rights in New Zealand, overseas applicants will not be considered
•    Must be available to start immediately!
