Our client is looking for a Customer Service & Administrative Superstar to join their team tight knit team based in Auckland-fringe offices. If you have had experience within insurance, claims or banking, this could be the role for you!
Your duties will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers regarding their claim
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding claims
- Assessment and processing of allocated claim
- Developing excellent relationships with relevant internal teams and peers
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years claims or customer service call centre and admin experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication – both verbal and written
- A interest or passion for insurance and claims
