You will possess proven 360 degree experience and have ideally worked as a recruiter within the Architecture, Construction or Property sectors. People with architecture or design experience looking for a career change would be considered.

This is an established desk which forms part of our Auckland based Engineering, Technical & Operations Team. It has been managed by an experienced recruiter for the past 6 years who has developed excellent client and candidate relationships over this time, providing a solid and stable foundation for the successful candidate to further grow this valuable specialisation.
This is largely a ‘Search Desk’, which means you will often be approaching candidates already in career focused roles, to offer them an opportunity for their next career step so it is essential that possess a ‘hunter’ mind-set.
There is an excellent salary package available for this role, which includes a base salary, generous commission structure and parking is provided.
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience
• Recruitment experience (Architecture, Construction or Property sectors)
• The ability to operate collaboratively within a high performing team
• Proven experience managing a 360 degree desk
• The ability to develop and manage effective client and candidate relationships
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
