This high end interiors consultancy spends a substantial amount of time and commitment to really getting to know their clients - who they are and why they are different. Being able to understand their clients organisational culture is critical. They provide an end to end service, from design through to implementation. A respected and proven design and construction consultancy, they are leaders in the industry that continuously challenge themselves to ensure they maintain their reputation for quality and innovation.
With a stream, of new work in the pipeline, they require a highly skilled project manager that has ability to connect with clients delivering multiple projects to a range of larger corporate, government and SME sized businesses. They also perform several retail tenancy fitouts within major malls throughout NZ, offering a blend of projects.
It incorporates client meetings and some contract admin, cost estimating, scopes of works, organizing sub trades, co ordination and managing projects. Client facilitation is critical.
Being able to own a project and maintain milestones is essential, also the ability to lead from the front and enrol all stakeholders from design through to delivery ensuring communication channels are smooth and all parties are on the same page.
As an applicant you will have had experience managing projects within the interiors and fit out sector, you have an eye for detail and can work with and develop efficient systems. You are nimble, able to manage multiple and pressing priorities. You have a well developed knowledge base of the construction industry, both technically and practically. Client side or consultancy interiors project experience is ideal.
In return for your efforts you will be rewarded a salary commensurate with the quality of your skills and experience.
$120K - $140K pending experience.
