A new role has been created as the Financial Operations Manager which will be a senior level business partner, expected to influence, challenge and provide high quality, independent, valued advice to the business unit and Group Finance. This requires a highly resilient, pro-active individual, with strong negotiation and influencing skills and you will collaborate strongly with the GM of operations and across the senior leadership team. This role requires strong fiscal management, whilst driving growth and improvement.
Key aspects to the role areas:
Financial Advice and Analysis
- Develop and implement a frameworks to enhance the efficiency and consistency of the financial and business reporting.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Develop financial planning models in support of strategic and business plans
- Provide advice and guidance to business units to deliver a robust budget.
- Provide leadership, financial advice and support for key Finance projects.
You will possess NZICA recognized Chartered Accountant qualification or comparable. Significant post qualification experience in a large corporate business, including experience at a management level is crutial as well as demonstrated experience and ability to work closely with Senior Management and Executive teams, including well-developed influencing skills and ability to challenge status quo.
