My client has a $300m portfolio of commercial properties in the Auckland CBD. You will be managing 4 commercial office buildings that comprise of approx. 50 tenants. Now is the chance to join a fast-growing property services company as a Commercial Property Manager.
$100,000 to $120,000- parking, mobile phone, laptop and fuel allowance provided
About the role:
- Lease portfolio management, debtor management & negotiations
- Market vacant spaces, meet new tenants and conduct necessary due diligence
- Transactions, rent reviews and renewals
- OPEX and CAPEX, alongside Facilities Manager, Accounts Receivable and Head of Departments
- Work with the projects team on new fitouts and other projects
- Updating property schedules and weekly reporting
- Tenant, contractor & landlord relationships and database management
To be considered you must have:
- Minimum 5 years Commercial Property experience, ideally with tertiary qualifications
- High standard of work, accuracy and efficiency
- Knowledge of property legislation
- Be able to hit the ground running
