About the role:
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Providing information to customers
- Assisting with invoicing, tracking and billing enquiries
- Achieving KPI's
- Supporting the wider team
- Work a rotating shift from 7am - 10pm
- Be flexible to work 2-3 weekend days (either Saturday or Sunday) every 3months
- Have a great attitude
