About the Role:

Are you a successful people leader who is ready to step up into a bigger role?  Our client - is a well known NZ brand, who are rapidly expanding and growing into a global business within the service sector. This organisation lives and breathes customer experience and service with a focus on delivering a memorable  customer journey.  The Contact Centre Manager role is pivotal in guiding, mentoring and ensuring the customer pathway is efficient, enjoyable and professional. 

A true leadership role with 4 direct reports, your key objective will be to lead performance, productivity, project agendas within a 20-30 seat Contact Centre, based in Mangere.
To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Minimum 3 years people leadership with 4-5 years within a contact centre environment
  • You will be passionate, customer centric and be experienced with the customer journey ethos
  • We are seeking a high energy, articulate and effective communicator who can engage and lead by example.
  • Analytical and detailed oriented
  • Sound commercial acumen and analytical skills will be key, along with your project management skills.
  • Customer centric, sales and service
  • Proven communication skills both verbally and written
  • Proven PC skills to a high standard

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the Contact Centre Leadership space.
