Contact Centre Representative
We are looking for motivated Customer Services Representative to join a friendly, supportive local government agency Customer Services team, based in Auckland Central. An ideal person will truly want to make the world a better place and believe that they have what it takes to do this. You will deliver a high level of customer service and have the desire to want to assist others. This is a very exciting opportunity to take the next step in your customer service career.
About the role:

You will receive a high volume of incoming calls and offer phone-based support regarding customer queries and enquiries

Provide customers with fast and accurate solutions

Record keeping of detailed conversations

Proactively manage escalations

Liaise with internal departments to resolve complaints

You will have to navigate between various computer systems and conduct research

Have previous experience in customer service or call centre environment desirable

You will be flexible to work weekends and evening shifts on a rotation cycle
