My client is currently recruiting for multiple full time permanent Customer Service Consultants for their fast-paced Wellington based contact centre.
This is a resolution-based role so your ability to think on your feet and problem-solving skills will be second to none. You will be resilient and able to work under pressure. Having contact centre experience is preferred and your high level of customer service and strong desire to help customers is essential.
In return you will be part of an organisation which focuses on ongoing development.
As the successful candidate you will have demonstrated the following skills and experience:
- Proven customer service skills (contact centre experience is desirable)
- Excellent phone manner with clear communication skills
- Fast and accurate at typing
- Positive, resilient personality
- Available for a 24/7 shift roster
- NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
