About the role:
This hands-on role in the manufacturing industry reports to the Finance Manager in Hamilton. Due to a recent business acquisition, they are currently looking for an extra pair of hands.
The is a mix of financial and management accounting and your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily reconciliation of key variances in the production account for the factory they are acquiring
- Month end for one of the target companies
- Budgets
- Change over from the targets financial package (Navision) to their own (Xero + WMS)
About you:
In order to be successful in this role you must have the following:
- A relevant accounting degree
- Available to start on the 1st August 2023 or before.
- Be a hands-on individual with broad experience and a diverse set of skills.
- Financial and management accounting experience within the manufacturing industry
- Attention to detail and accuracy is key as is your full understanding of the accounting process and procedures.
