My client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their close knit and dynamic team. This is a very exciting opportunity to combine your interest in real estate and investment with a professional and interesting role.
We are looking for someone who is process driven, has impeccable attention to detail and thrives in the buzz of an upbeat environment.
You will be responsible for issuing Sale and Purchasing Agreements, assisting clients through the purchase process, updating on progress, educating and guiding clients, chasing deposits and making sure all documentation is compliant.
You must be able to juggle multiple deadlines, be flexible in your approach and love working within a changeable environment. You will be personable, upbeat with strong customer service skills and the ability to take things in your stride.
Previous experience in an administrative role within the real estate sector or legal sector would be hugely advantageous. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work required.
