Temporary Information and Records Manager

  • $40 – 50 per hour
  • ASAP start - 3-month temporary role with possible extension
  • Wellington CBD location

We are looking for a person with stellar Records and Information experience who has a strong understanding of library, data and information recovery.   You will get a chance to work for a reputable Government agency within the Corporate Information and Records Team, providing advisory and support services for business clients and library / records management across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide advice about information management systems
  • Contribute towards development and implementation of policies
  • Ensure compliance meets legislative requirements
  • Customer Service to internal and external clients
  • Develop, implement and support quality information management systems

To be considered for this role, your cv must be able to demonstrate the following attributes and competencies;

  • Proven library, data and information recovery experience
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and genuine interest in the role
  • Outgoing and bubbly personality
