The successful candidate will:

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Ensure meeting rooms are tidy
  • Organise couriers and mail
  • Organise travel and catering
  • Restock kitchen and office supplies
  • Be professional and calm under pressure
