The successful candidate will:
- Meet and greet visitors
- Be immaculately presented
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Ensure meeting rooms are tidy
- Organise couriers and mail
- Organise travel and catering
- Restock kitchen and office supplies
- Be professional and calm under pressure
