A perfect opportunity for you to take on a fast-paced credits specialist role, where you will be taking queries from internal and external staff members, and customers, related to any product refunds or credits. This is a role that will make good use of your previous customer service experience, processing capability and problem-solving skills.


What we look for in you:

  • Excellent and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office, Excel in particular
  • Fast and accurate processing speeds
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Experience on SAP and Salesforce, would be preferred
  • Must be New Zealand Citizen/Resident or have an open work permit with a minimum of 10 months remaining on your visa, with no restrictions
