A perfect opportunity for you to take on a full time Temporary credits specialist role, where you will be taking queries from internal and external staff members and customer's related to any refunds or credits. This is a busy role, with high volumes of work at times, so you will need to be able to prioritise your workload within a fast-paced environment and be able to problem solve as necessary.
We are looking for:
- Excellent and clear communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Intermediate experience on MS Office, Excel in particular
- Experience on SAP, would be preferred
- Must be New Zealand Resident/Resident or have open to work permit with a minimum of 6 months remaining on your visa, with no restrictions.
- Prior experience within a credit role with an emphasis on customer service and attention to detail
