The Organisation:

Careerforce is the Transitional Industry Training Organisation (TITO) for the health, wellbeing, social and community sectors. We support NZ workplaces to run workplace training programmes for their staff. Careerforce is also the Government appointed body that sets skill standards and develops and facilitates the achievement of New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) recognised qualifications across all our sectors.

The Role:

This is a new role within Careerforce working across the business, reporting to the Manager Client Services and Systems this role is focused on delivering continued improvement to this core business system by streamlining operations and developing enhanced workflows.

Through analysis of business requirements, the CRM Developer designs and develops the Careerforce D365 CRM environment to deliver improved functionality across the business.

Working with other members of the systems team ensures that data within this system is the “source of truth” for all training, customer, and product related data across Careerforce.

The Person:

  • 3+ years’ development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016 / 2015, Azure & C# / VB.Net, SQL server, SQL query, Java script, and HTML
  • Proven ability to lead extensive technical projects through design, development, testing and implementation phases
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM / 365

It would be beneficial to have experience with a variety of project methodologies, Waterfall, Agile and the ability to convey technical ideas and concepts to non-technical people.
