This opportunity is for a Culture & Engagement Programme Lead who will help enhance the organisational culture . A critical role in this organiation transformation, it will see you co-design and lead initiatives to deliver a step change in the culture and management practices that will drive high performance and engagement.
This role is for a fixed term until June 2023.
You will work as a core part of the HR and transformation teams and will work closely with Executive sponsors, Leaders, Unions and key stakeholders to enable & embed values and desired behaviours through systems, processes, structures & leadership.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design, plan and programme manage change programmes initiatives within and across functions
- Identify & articulate the culture necessary for successful business performance
- Workstream leadership responsibility for the culture transformation workstream and delivery of key initiatives in line with the strategic HR agenda & cultural transformation plan
- Support the development and improvement of processes and frameworks to enable cultural transformation in line with the organizational strategy
- Work closely with stakeholders to embed change through the application of organizational change management practices and tools
Key Skills & Experience:
- For this role we need individuals with a proven background / or significant experience in organisational change management and transformation, or HR professionals with a focus on culture and performance in large complex organisations.
- A background in management consulting, or managing and leading change programmes within a complex environment
- Be capable of engaging with and influencing people at every level of the organisation
- Demonstrable experience and strong knowledge in contemporary organizational behaviour methodologies, change and culture
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Proven research and analytics skills
- Agile / Growth Mind-set – understanding of business agility and a role model of behaviours
